The Fuzhou production workshop covers over 4,000 square meters(including a supercritical CO,extraction workshop) and is divided into a Class 100,000 clean production area and a general production area.
It houses five production lines for softgels, hard capsules, tablets,powders, and granules. The facility has advanced production equipment including supercritical CO2extraction equipment, imported fully automatic softgel encapsulation machines, fully automatic hard capsule filling machines, and a fully automatic bottle packaging production line. The
annual production capacity includes 140 million softgels, 500 million hard capsules, and 100 million tablets.

The fully automatic capsule filling equipment integrates machinery, electricity, and pneumatics, utilizing a microcomputer programmable controller and an electronic automatic counting device to ensure precise filling. It can automatically complete the processes of capsule positioning, separation, filling, waste removal, and locking, with a production capacity of up to 220,000 capsules per hour.

The automatic bottle packaging production line consists of a fully automatic bottle sorting machine, an automatic desiccant inserter, a fully automatic variable frequency dual-head 16-channel counting machine equipped with front and rear automatic weight checking systems, a multifunctional capping machine, an electromagnetic induction aluminum foil sealing machine, a vertical labeling machine, and a laser coding machine. It can complete the entire packaging process for soft/hard capsules and various shaped tablets, including counting and bottling, inserting desiccants, capping, sealing, and labeling.
