GanoHerb Production Capacity
The Fuzhou production workshop covers over 4,000 square meters(including a supercritical CO,extraction workshop) and is divided into a Class 100,000 clean production area and a general production area.
It houses five production lines for softgels, hard capsules, tablets,powders, and granules. The facility has advanced production equipment including supercritical CO2extraction equipment, imported fully automatic softgel encapsulation machines, fully automatic hard capsule filling machines, and a fully automatic bottle packaging production line. The
annual production capacity includes 140 million softgels, 500 million hard capsules, and 100 million tablets.
